What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover through our payment processor PayPal.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, We will send you an email confirmation of your order with the tracking number. All U.S. orders & international orders will also receive an e-mail providing your tracking number. Please note that International orders shipped via First Class International will not receive a tracking number for your package, and it may take 1-6 weeks to get to you. Please call 1-800-272-2358 or e-mail email@example.com to check on the status of your order if you do not receive an e-mail.
Can I place my order over the phone?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to ship out orders within 48 hours. Therefore, if you have a change, it is imperative you contact us immediately! Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-272-2358
How long will it take my items to get to me?
Most orders will ship out within 2 days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 12pm PST will not ship until the next business day.
Can you ship to military addresses?
We sure can; we have shipped to several customers living in Military bases. Thank you for your military service.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (most of the times, we ship on the same day). However, if an order requires communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after your people and our people have communicated effectively (whether by e-mail or phone).
Do you ship on weekends?
No. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
